2nd floor Cussons House is available as a whole. The lease will be on full repairing and insuring terms for a term of years to be agreed. Details of the quoting rent are available on request.

Business Rates & Utilities
The tenant will be responsible for the payment of business rates and utilities incurred in respect of the accommodation and car parking.

VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of but may be liable to VAT at the prevailing rent.
